Crossroads Manor, Inc.’s top priority is the health and safety of our residents, family members, and staff members. We wanted you to be aware that Crossroads Manor, Inc. has developed precautionary measures in place to protect our residents, families, and staff members. We are taking this pandemic, the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, very seriously as we would with any contagious virus or infection, and we are following all CDC, State, and local guidelines.
Rest assured that if any resident shows any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, our staff will assist them in getting immediate medical attention. As for the Family members, we would advise them to stay home if you are having any symptoms or feeling sick. For the staff members, we screen to check them every day before and after work schedule and may require to get a test on a random basis or as needed.
What Is Coronavirus?
Coronavirus is a respiratory illness that can spreads from person to person (CDC). The virus that causes COVID-19 is a novel coronavirus that was first identified during an investigation into an outbreak in Wuhan, China. People with these symptoms or a combination of these symptoms may have COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea

As a family member or friend of a resident, you play an important role in helping prevent the spread of viruses like COVID-19. We respectfully ask that you avoid visiting our community and/or residents:
- If you feel sick or have other symptoms of an illness such as fever, cough, and difficulty breathing/shortness of breath
- If you have traveled outside of the U.S. within the past 14 days
